Isiah Pacheco gets 56.1% snap rate in AFC Championship Game

Isiah Pacheco’s rookie season has been filled with inconsistency (as any rookie would) but has shown moments of greatness. Those moments were clearly on display in Sunday night’s AFC Championship Game where he led all of the Chiefs players in carries (10) and settled for 26 total yards. While that may not look great, and while he didn’t contribute to the score, his snap rate has taken notice when compared to the other RBs.

While the snap count of one game is nothing to write home about, in a high powered offense with no clear RB1 to-date, it’s a promising sign for this rookie heading into his sophomore year (for us fantasy guys) and of course his first appearance in the Super Bowl. It should be interesting to watch how he performs in 2 weeks and if it further edges him out ahead of fellow Chiefs RB Jerick McKinnon.
